Our lead time for custom-made items generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the design complexity and additional customizations. We will provide a more accurate estimate during your initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the creation process.

For ready-made or on-hand items, orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped according to your selected delivery method.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience:
✔ Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. (Not yet available as of now.)
✔ Bank Transfers & GCash: Our corporate bank details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
✔ Cheques: Accepted as an initial payment for custom pieces.
✔ Installment Plans: We offer flexible installment options through third-party financing partners.

Yes, we offer both layaway and installment plans to make your purchase more manageable.

Layaway Plan:

  • Secure your desired item with an initial deposit.
  • Pay the remaining balance in manageable installments over an agreed period.
  • Once fully paid, your item will be prepared for delivery or showroom pickup.

Installment Plan:

  • We offer installment options through third-party financing partners.
  • You can divide the total cost into smaller monthly payments.
  • Financing terms and conditions vary based on the selected plan.
